The editors of the Review will consider surveys and book reviews as well as standard articles
concerning law and economics, broadly defined. The editors are interested in publishing high-quality
empirical articles as well as theoretical articles. The editors encourage authors to write in a way that
will make their work accessible to the full range of membership of the Association. Submissions must be
original unpublished works that will not be pending review at any other journal while under
consideration at the American Law and Economics Review.
In order to submit an article to the Review, you must be a current member of the Association. If you are
not now a paid member of the Association and wish to submit an article, please visit member services, become a member and pay your dues.
